P&O Cruises Aurora - New Year Cruise Embarkation Day

On Friday 29th December 2023, we joined P&O Aurora in Southampton for a New Year celebration cruise. After a comfortable nights stay in the Moxy Hotel, we popped out for breakfast before heading over to Mayflower Terminal. As we were a bit too early for our embarkation time we were directed to join the early arrivals queue, which was already quite long, but did appear to be moving.

Unfortunately that didn't last long and we found ourselves stuck waiting outside the terminal building for more than 2 hours due to an issue with embarkation.
